Academic Interests

My academic interests focus on Spanish language, literature, linguistics, and second language teaching. I am especially interested in how Spanish can be taught more effectively to non-native speakers in multilingual contexts like Ghana. My background in French and Spanish has also shaped my interest in Romance languages, translation, accessibility in language education, and the use of technology to support language learning. I hope to strengthen my research and teaching skills at Baylor and prepare for a future academic career in Spanish language education.
