Outside the Classroom
In order to be better informed about our events and activities, please follow us on Instagram and Facebook as well.
Current and former French majors and minors are kindly invited to join our Facebook group.
La Table française
The Table française is a weekly social hour open to all students interested in French. Come meet other students, connect with the French-speaking community at Baylor, and enjoy a relaxed hour à la française with Drs. Alex Thiltges and Jill Cornish. This Fall (2026), join us on Wednesdays, 4–5 pm, in Old Main 270, and follow la Table française on Instagram.
Le Cercle français
The Cercle français is our student French Club and a chance to get together and explore French culture, traditions, food, celebrations, and more. You certainly don’t need to speak perfect French—or much French at all—to come!
For questions or comments, please contact Dr. Sandrine Berthiaume.
