Scholarships

The Spanish program awards several scholarships each year, including:

• The E.H. Sparkman Memorial Scholarship
• The Andrés Sendón Scholarship
• The Florence A. Davis Memorial Scholarship in Spanish

In awarding scholarships, preference is given to juniors about to enter senior year, and to Spanish Majors or Secondary Majors. Applicants submit a single form to apply for all available scholarships. 

The application cycle opens each year during the Spring semester and closes in early March. This year, all scholarships for the Division of Spanish and Portuguese will be available through Scholarship Universe! Applications are now open and close on March 15. All Spanish majors and minors are eligible to apply.
